Ocean Pearl Hoops

Time: 2 hours
Cost: $ 25
Level: advanced
Tools: wire cutters, chain nose pliers, round nose pliers
Materials:

  • 1 pair - gold-filled earwire
  • 4 — 6 mm pearls (white)
  • 8 — 5 mm pearls (white)
  • 10 — 5 mm pearls (blue)
  • 10 — 4 mm swarovski crystals
  • 36 — 26 ga. gold-filled headpins
  • 12″— 20 ga. gold-filled half hard wire
  • 18″— 26 ga. gold-filled half hard wire
  • 4 — 5 mm gold-filled jump rings

Smoky blue swarovski crystals and white fresh water pearls are dangled from gold filled hoops. To make the hoops, I used 20 ga. gold-filled wire for the base, 26 ga. gold-filled wire for the embellishing. If you want to save some time, you can buy loops at any beads stores to link beads and other elements. To create this piece, you only need to know basic wire wrapping technique.
